You don't have to keep it if you don't like it, because when you purchase something handmade online it's most important to feel comfortable about the transaction, and love what you're getting. So if you'll like to be refunded, please ship the item back to me and I will refund you the cost of the item (shipping fees not included) as soon as I receive it. This refund policy is only valid within 30 days of purchase.
I will ensure all packages are wrapped appropriately and labelled accurately.
For normal mail (only available for local buyers), photo evidence of mailing could be provided upon request. But seller would not be liable in the event of lost mail.
For registered mail, the parcel could be retrieved with a tracking number.
Please send it back to me for repair. Shipping fees will be paid by the sender (which means you pay for the shipping to me and I pay for the shipping back).
